All projects are executed according to the approved proposal or contract. Any additional work, revisions beyond agreed limits, or scope changes may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the official proposal or contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project suspension, delayed delivery, or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- VEXIA retains ownership of creative concepts, drafts, and production materials until full payment is received.
- Final approved and paid deliverables become the property of the client.
- VEXIA reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by NDA.
6. Confidentiality
VEXIA respects client confidentiality and agrees not to disclose sensitive information shared during project execution unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
VEXIA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party service failures
- Delays caused by client-side approvals or external factors beyond our control
8. Cancellation & Termination
Projects may be terminated according to the cancellation terms specified in the signed agreement.
Any completed work up to the termination date shall be billed accordingly.
